For this 3rd generation owner of Hoo Kee Bak Chang, Hokkien-styled rice dumpling is more than food to eat during the dragon boat festival. What used to be a street stall selling to coolies in the post-war years is now one of the most famous 'bazhang' or 'zongzi' (rice dumpling) stalls in Singapore.
