Frog meat – hate it or love it. But for Chelsea Wan, second generation owner of Jurong Frog Farm, these three different frog dishes each tell a story in her life – from hating the farm to how the peaceful lifestyle eventually shaped her life.

Started in 1981 by her father, Jurong Frog Farm is Singapore’s first and only frog farm. However, with their land lease expiring in 2 and 1/2 years, the future of the farm and its croaking inhabitants are left uncertain.
