Orchard Road is Singapore’s busiest shopping district and as it turns out, home to an urban farm as well! There, you’ll find Darren, a teacher-turned-farmer at ComCrop who nurtures locally produced plants like basil, ghost peppers and wasabi.

Fun Fact: this shopper’s paradise was once home to fruit orchards, nutmeg and pepper plantations. You could say that we’re going back to the roots with this story 😉
